We’re preparing a reliable PDF → Excel converter. While this tool is in beta, you can still move tables into Excel using the workflow below.

Workaround that works today
1) Convert your PDF to Word. 2) Open the .docx file and copy tables into Excel. This keeps the structure without retyping everything.

How to move tables from PDF into Excel today
Until the direct PDF → Excel converter is ready, you can use this simple 2‑step method.
Temporary workflow
  1. Go to the PDF to Word tool and upload your PDF file.
  2. Download the converted Word (.docx) file.
  3. Open it in Microsoft Word or Google Docs.
  4. Select the table you need and copy it.
  5. Paste the table into Excel or Google Sheets, then adjust formatting as needed.
This avoids retyping values and works well for most digitally generated PDFs. When the one‑click converter is stable, this page will switch to a live tool.
